The FEGGQ is made up by a board meeting of nine producers :
- 1 president elected at the Annual general meeting.
- 4 president of affiliated union + 1 delegate by union :
- Quebec Red Deer Association (QRDA)
- Quebec Association of Wapitis breeders (QAWB)
- Association of Wild Boar breeders of Quebec (AWBBQ)
- Quebec Bison Union (QBU)
- 1 observer from Quebec Association of Hunting Farm Owners (no vote).

The FEGGQ is 25 farms producers who participate to organize and development issue of the sector of farmed game.
The FEGGQ has a part time general secretary. And the same person assumes the general secretary for the Quebec Red Deer Association and the Quebec Bison Union.
